Congratulations on your graduation!
Your name has been listed in our program booklet as graduating. We welcome all of your family and guests that are coming to share this special occasion with you.
The EOP Recognition Ceremony and Reception will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2008 in the Don Watters Theater in the Fine Arts Building. The reception will immediately follow.
- Participating seniors are not expected to wear robes.
- All participating seniors are expected to arrive early – at 3:00 p.m.
- The ceremony will begin PROMPTLY at 3:30 p.m
- Graduating seniors are expected to sit at the front of the theater, in the first four rows which will be reserved. Please see an usher if you need assistance with seating. At the appropriate time in the program, students will be called to the stage, by alpha order and by school, to receive a certificate.
- When you are called to the stage, please enter the stage on your left. You will be asked to remain on stage until all of the graduates from your particular school have received their certificates.
- Please see an usher for assistance with seating if anyone in your family or group needs special assistance with seating.
