Purpose

The Tutorial Center is a place for all EOP students to strengthen skills needed to succeed in college. Tutors are available to assist you in a wide variety of academic courses. We may be the solution when:

  • You want to get off to a good start in a course
  • You have a paper, math problem or assignment, but don't know where to begin
  • You realize you're taking an exam in a few weeks and may need help
  • You are not happy with your exam results.

How much does it cost?

It's absolutely free to you. Tutors are paid by the program.

What types of tutors are there?

Individual tutors who work one-to-one with students in almost any academic subject. Walk-in tutors who serve as consultants in high-courses like math. They may be seen without an appointment. Their schedules are printed and mailed to all EOP students in the second week of each term.
